With almost 20 years of operation, they have product offerings for first homebuyers, to the more experience, and both Greenfields and Knock Down Rebuild.
We are now recruiting for a Customer Relationship Coordinator to add to their successful team of professionals, based in a convenient location approx 15km North of Melbourne's CBD.
This role focuses on customer service for clients, guiding them through the build process, from contract stage through to construction to hand over of their new home.
You will be the point of contact for all clients, providing scheduled updates, administration for customer builds, liaise with internal stakeholders on progress & changes, have the ability to build & maintain relationships, and ability to find solutions and resolve issues when they arise.
Our successful candidate will have minimum 4+ years previous experience within a residential builder in a similar position, have a strong customer focused approach and have superior communication skills.
