Your role in our Team

You’ll be an enthusiastic, motivated hands-on team player who loves to help customers find the right 4WD accessory or outdoor equipment for their next adventure!

You’ll report directly to the TJM Ipswich Branch Manager and collectively you’ll ensure we engage our customers, meet their needs and expectations. Your service with a smile, follow-up, attention to detail and passionate product knowledge set you apart. Importantly, you’ll take personal pride in ensuring our customers are delighted, well equipped with the right 4WD parts, ready for their next adventure!

 

What you’ll bring to the Team

• Great communication and teamwork skills,
• An innate desire to provide great service, positively share your product knowledge to help match customers with the best 4WD accessories for their needs,
• Credible automotive / 4WD industry or personal hands-on experience or an absolute passion to learn,
• A genuine work ethic, accountability and drive,
• A current Drivers license.
