Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the goldfields.

About the role:

The successful candidates will be responsible of managing and maintaining a fleet of mobile plant equipment and drills and your responsibilities will include however not limited to:

• Ordering parts
• Asset management
• Parts ordering 
• Asset management 
• Liaising with clients 
• Providing technical support 
• Managing a team

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a supervisor role, in particular leading teams.
• Have a strong background in diesel mechanics – particularly in 100T Earthmoving and EPIROC T45’s drills.
• Schedule 26 / Management Certificates
• IT proficiency with using Microsoft Office applications
• Be a hands-on leader who leads by example
• Current driver’s license – HR desirable
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Able to obtain a clear NPC
• Able to pass a full medical with a Lab drug & alcohol screening
• Previous experience working on a Gold Mine.
