CARPENTER

We are seeking a professional and highly motivated qualified carpenter to join a fast pace and growing Building Maintenance Team to service corporate, commercial and residential settings. 

Hourly rate: $40-$50

Based in Tullamarine, KCES GROUP provides a comprehensive range of Electrical and Building Maintenance Services in corporate, commercial and residential settings across Melbourne & regional Victoria. 

The role:

The role will suit an experienced and highly motivated carpenter with a can-do attitude, someone who has great attention to detail,  highly organised, enjoys working in a fast paced environment moving from job to job, and interacting with clients.

The position will be responsible for the on-ground carpentry work with the team and our clients including general and reactive maintenance, refurbishments & fit outs and other project works to ensure the company's building maintenance services are performed efficiently.

• Fully Qualified with a 'can-do' attitude
• Be efficient with coordinating works on jobs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly professional with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to liaise with clients and technical members in a professional manner
• Has a stable work history
• Must have own tools

• Ability to be in an on-call roster monthly 

Required licenses or certifications:

• Qualified Carpenter 
• Driver's Licence
• White card 
• Elevated Work Platform Licence 
• National Crime Check
• Working with Children's Check
• First Aid/CPR (preferred)
