POSITION SUMMARY 

We’re expanding and seeking a skilled PANEL BEATER to join our workshop, operating on a four-day work week. That means every weekend is a long weekend—giving you more time for family, friends, and the things you love.

YOUR SALARY & BENEFITS 

• $114,000 - $135,000/ year   
• 4 day work week
• 11.5% Superannuation

YOUR POSITION OBJECTIVES

• Have a clear understanding of job before starting. 
• Manage your tasks to maintain flow of production & achieve workshop targets.
• Disassemble/Assemble, Repair car body using variety of tools/techniques.
• Inspect/Sign off on Quality Checks at critical stages of your work.  
• Follow our procedures, OH&S & PPE policies.  
• Carry out Panel shop maintenance schedule. 

 

YOUR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

• Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair  (or equivalent) 
• 8yrs+ on the job experience
