AC Installation Manager

The role

As the AC Installation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of the company's services to its growing customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of skilled AC installation technicians to complete projects on schedule and to the highest quality standards

• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on the most suitable AC solutions

• Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment and materials to support installation projects

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations

• Provide on-site supervision and support to the installation team as needed

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the wider business

• Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and recommend efficiencies

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in managing air conditioning installation projects, preferably in the residential and commercial sectors

• Strong technical knowledge of AC systems, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. air conditioning or refrigeration)

• QBCC Supervisor Licence
