Currently seeking an experienced Qualified Butcher to join our team.

This role requires:

• Preparation of gourmet products

• Cutting meat to specification

• Bandsaw operation

• Efficient packing techniques

About you:

• Fully qualified Butcher, with experience

• Understanding of safety and quality

• Ability to contribute to a team

• Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen

• A positive team focused mentality and knowledge of a safe work culture

A full time position with a salary package is being offered with this role
