4x4 Accessory Fitter

OCAM 4x4 is a growing company looking for someone to fill the role of 4WD Accessory fitter in our South Brisbane Rocklea 4106 location. We are looking for an experienced accessory fitter. Experience is required in training and managing daily fittings. An opportunity exists to build out this department after the training period is completed.

About the Role:
An opportunity currently exists for a workshop-experienced 4WD & Vehicle Accessory Fitter.

In this position you will be responsible for fitting a large range of accessories to all types of vehicles including but not limited to; bull bars, canopies, battery systems, suspension, fuel tanks, snorkels etc.

This full-time position will require:

• Strong team-building skills and able to work with others
• To be able to deliver jobs upon time constraints
• Automotive electrical wiring experience/knowledge is preferred or the abilty to learn
• Be able to maintain a clean, organized & safe work place.
• Have good attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly active workshop environment
• Strong self-motivation with the desire to succeed
• The ability to work individually without constant direction
• Willingness to learn
• Great communication skills
• Current Manual Drivers License (Mandatory)
• Your own personal vehicle as there is no public transport nearby.
• Ability to work in a team and/or unsupervised.
• Hours are: 8AM to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. O/T may be required on request.
• Saturdays are expected if required
• Ability to help out in other areas of the company if required
