Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals.  We have upwards of 25hrs per week available, but more hours/full time hours are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and body treatments.
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean and organised treatment area.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work as part of the Ella Bache Ipswich team to achieve salon goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Previous in-salon experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Thursday evening and Saturdays.
