Site Supervisor - Award Winning QLD Builder

Our client is a highly successful large scale QLD domestic building company. With a portfolio aimed at all levels from first home owners, investors, to larger scale & acreage homes, this exceptional company offers a quality working environment with a great track record of providing long term career opportunities to their staff.

Due to internal promotion, we are now recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their established team based in the Kensington Grove area. 
You will manage approx 15 owner occupier builds simultaneously, all in very close proximity. 

You will have previous experience managing volume builds for a recognised domestic building company, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Ensure homes are built to specification, to plans, to quality standards and within timeframes and budgets
• Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice
• Maintaining accurate and effective scheduling of material delivery and labour
• Maintain a high level of OH&S on all sites

Your Experience:

• 3+ years experience Site Supervising volume build new homes
• Current QBCC Site Supervisors License 
• Trade background (desired)
• Great communicator and well organised
• Knowledge of building regulations, codes & tolerances
• Aptitude for project management and be technically minded
