Zweck is an internal Group Services division that partners with Aizer Group. We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our partner Aizer Insurance Builders.

About the Job

Working closely with our Supervisors on the road, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordination/Allocation of trades and repairs

  • Point of contact for all clients both internal and external

  • Updating internal and external databases

  • Cost control

  • Reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices

  • Answering phone calls and emails from clients, trades and suppliers

  • Maintaining up to date file notes

To be successful in this role you will also have:

  • Ability to work without supervision in a team oriented, collaborative environment

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Ability to perform well under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High standard of customer service

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office program

  • Ability to learn new systems and operating platforms

  • Basic knowledge of building trades (desirable, but not essential)
