About the Company

Welink Recruitment has partnered with a proven Tier 2 builder specialising in high-end residential projects across Sydney. With a strong client base and multiple projects secured into 2027-2028, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager AND a seasoned General Foreman.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for full site management from start to finish, including:

Overseeing site safety, quality, and day-to-day operations
Managing structural works and coordinating high-end finishing trades
Monitoring program milestones and driving subcontractor performance
Reading and interpreting plans to deliver work as designed
Identifying defects early and ensuring clean project handovers

You’ll work closely with a Project Manager and will be trusted to run the job your way, with full site control.

About You

Strong experience as a Site Manager, Foreman in Sydney
Background with Tier 2 or reputable Tier 3 builders
Proven track record delivering residential OR aged care projects from start to finish
High attention to detail with luxury finishes highly regarded
Carpentry trade background preferred but not essential
