Residential Site Manager | Builder & Developer | Up To $180,000 Package

Our client is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing residential construction business that has established itself as a respected builder across South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a significant residential development comprising 35 townhouse-style dwellings and an adjoining medical centre.

This position will suit a hands-on construction professional who enjoys leading site teams, coordinating trades, and delivering quality projects from commencement through to completion.

The Role Reporting to senior management, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project timeframes and quality expectations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the delivery of a 35-unit residential development and medical centre project
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Monitoring construction programs and ensuring milestones are achieved
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and site safety requirements
• Conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Managing site logistics, materials, and resources
• Liaising with project managers, consultants, engineers, and key stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate site records, reporting, and documentation
• Identifying and resolving site issues to minimise delays and disruptions

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Minimum 8 years' experience within the residential construction industry
• Previous experience managing townhouse developments, multi-residential projects, or similar low-rise developments
• Experience delivering projects from groundworks through to handover
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
• Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of Australian building regulations and construction practices
• Current Construction White Card
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Relevant trade qualification or construction-related qualification highly regarded
• Australian working rights
