Opportunity available for an Insurance Building professional to step into a Northern Territory State Manager role within a remedial and insurance building company in Darwin.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
This construction company specialises in insurance repairs, private remediations, renovations and property maintenance across the residential, commercial and strata space. In addition to this
Projects include everything from emergency make safes and disaster response work, to programmed maintenance works.
They work across multiple states, and have an extensive network of qualified trades to ensure that projects run smoothly.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be managing a team of 4 Supervisor Estimators locally in Darwin and Alice Springs, who will be running a range of insurance repair building projects and private remedial works, including residential, commercial and strata, BAU to Major Loss.
This is a hybrid office based position with some on site visits, however we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to step in and run projects on the road if required.
This position has room to progress to managing a larger team in SA. It is a full time position, Monday - Friday.
The starting salary on offer is $135,000 - $150,000 + superannuation + company vehicle OR vehicle allowance (based on experience).
ABOUT YOU
Team Leadership experience.
Prior Supervising, Estimating or Project Management experience within insurance repair building preferred.
Well versed within the insurance repair building space.
Building background + relevant qualifications (Cert IV or Trade Certificate).
Well presented, steady, calm and empathetic - ability to lead without barking orders.
Ability and interest to commit to the role long term.
