Mechanical Trade Assistants Required – Immediate Starts | Long-Term Opportunities | Overtime Available

Atom Resources are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Mechanical Trade Assistants for ongoing opportunities with clients across Western Sydney.

These positions offer consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to secure long-term work with reputable companies for the right candidates.

If you have experience assisting Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers, or working in industrial or construction environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Mechanical Fitters and Boilermakers on-site and in workshops
  • General mechanical trade assistant duties
  • Moving materials and equipment
  • Operating hand and power tools
  • Site clean-up and maintaining safe work areas
  • Assisting with mechanical installations, maintenance, and fabrication activities
  • Additional labouring and support tasks as required

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

  • Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in a mechanical, manufacturing, or construction environment
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Forklift License highly regarded
  • Additional tickets such as EWP, Working at Heights, or Confined Space beneficial
