OT at 1.5x after 38 hrs

Multiple positions. Immediate start. Real commercial work across Perth Metro.

Perth's commercial concrete sector is flat out -- and we need experienced Formwork Carpenters who want more than a short stint between jobs. You'll be working on real commercial and industrial builds across Perth Metro -- tilt panels, suspended slabs, lift shafts, ground slabs -- with a crew that takes pride in the quality of what they pour.

No FIFO. No DIDO. You sleep in your own bed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

GCMS brings 20+ years of combined Tier 1 experience to every project. That means consistent work, a strong project pipeline, and a team that actually knows what it's doing.

We offer $45-$55/hr, fortnightly pay that never misses, and a clear path to Leading Hand or Foreman for the right people. No FIFO. No DIDO. No runaround.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

•      Formwork erection and stripping across commercial and civil projects -- slabs, lift shafts, decks, tilt panels

•      Working with PERI Skydeck, RMD, Doka, Ulma, timber and conventional formwork systems

•      Precision cutting-in on complex pours and concrete structures

•      Reading and working to construction drawings

•      Pre-starts, toolbox talks, and SWMS sign-off -- done properly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•      Precision cutting-in skills on structural pours

•      Current White Card (CPCCWHS1001) -- essential

•      Reliable, hard-working, and a genuine team player -- this matters most

Bonus points for:

•      Real PERI Skydeck experience -- not a course, actual on-the-tools work

•      Ability to read construction drawings

•      RMD, Doka, or Ulma experience

•      Working at Heights ticket  |  RIW card  |  HR/HC licence

•      Cert III Carpentry or Formwork/Falsework
