Senior Contract Administrator - Large Domestic Builder

Our client is a highly successful family run QLD builder, servicing home owners of all levels of buyers in SEQ, for over 40 years. They are highly respected and have established a reputation for reliability, quality craftsmanship, and transparency.

Courtesy of internal promotion, our client is now recruiting for Senior Contract Administrator to add to their established team, based in a convenient central Gold Coast location.  

The role reports in to the Contracts Manager, and is an integral role in pushing through a high volume of new home building contracts for their clientele, assisting in streamlining efficiencies & workflow in the department. 

You will have a minimum of 6-7 years in a identical role within Domestic Builders, and ideally additional years in other roles such as Customer Service, Construction Admin, Permits etc within Domestic Construction. You will possess advanced communication and organisation skills, a strong work ethic and have an interest in personal and career development.
