The Role:

We are seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters and FRP Labourers to join our team working on an exciting civil infrastructure project in Wollongong commencing 21 June 2026 until the end of September 2026.

Build, install and dismantle formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precision and alignment to project specifications.
Read and interpret construction blueprints, drawings and plans to execute form and concrete tasks accurately.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter on civil and structural projects
HRWL (EWP, DG), Working at Heights, EWP <11m, Confined Space Awareness - preferred but not mandatory
Strong knowledge of formwork construction techniques, materials and best practices
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
Committed to safety standards and practices on construction sites
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks
Construction White Card

All projects are long term
