Pichelmann Maintenance & Minor works is a unique business within the residential construction landscape. Every day we solve unique problems and deliver quality projects for our clients that are usually fed up with what's typically on offer to them in the construction industry, a mould we work every day to break. We prioritise quality of outcome over speed of completion with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
We interact with all aspects of a home and the types of projects range from renovations, to decks, to structural remediation work, to general ongoing maintenance.
We interact with our clients with the upmost respect for them and their homes, often leaving the project as friends. Finding staff who can interact with clients in a respectful and engaging manner is our number one priority. finding highly skilled tradespeople who can problem solve, lead, and mentor junior staff is our second priority.
As most business should, we pay careful attention to workplace culture, and finding someone who fits into our close-knit team will be essential. Calm, friendly and self-motivated are qualities we will be on the look out for.
