About the Company
This Builder/Developer is well known for delivering very high-end luxury residential projects and are a close-knit team delivering high-end projects that sell for a lot!

This is a brand-new luxury project so it will be your site to run from start to finish.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including the coordination of trades, materials, and equipment
• Ensure project plans, schedules, and budgets are followed, and provide regular progress updates to supportive and hands on senior management
• Monitor and maintain safe work practices, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to protect the wellbeing of all site personnel
• Liaise with subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
• Provide leadership and direction to the site team, including supervision, training, and performance management
• Manage and optimise site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a deep understanding of relevant building codes and regulations - ideally in a Class 2 environment
• Excellent site management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, delegate effectively, and make informed decisions
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the site team
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures
