The business delivers end-to-end solutions including design, engineering, installation, and commissioning of building automation and mechanical electrical systems.

With a focus on retrofit and refurbishment projects, they offer a more balanced working environment away from large-scale construction sites, while still delivering technically engaging and high-quality projects.

Position
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician or Supervisor to join a growing team delivering BMS and mechanical electrical projects across Sydney.

You will be responsible for supervising site-based works and ensuring high-quality installation delivery.
Key duties include:

Supervising installation works across multiple sites
Managing electricians and subcontractors
Installing and overseeing:

Wiring devices
Sensors and field equipment
Control panels and BMS systems

Running, terminating, and testing cables (power, control & communications)
Reading and interpreting drawings and control schematics
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and commissioning teams
Troubleshooting installation issues on site
Ensuring all works meet safety and quality standards
Supporting commissioning and project handovers

This role suits either:

An electrician ready to step up into a supervisory position, or
An established supervisor seeking a role with a reputable and forward-thinking contractor

You

Trade-qualified Electrician (essential)
Experience within BMS, HVAC controls, or mechanical electrical environments
Previous supervisory experience or strong leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong understanding of electrical installation standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong commitment to safety and quality
