We are partnering with a well-established Tier 2 residential builder with a strong reputation in delivering high-end luxury homes and boutique apartment developments across Sydney.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their commercial team based in North Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for a CA who enjoys working on design-led, detail-focused residential projects and wants to be part of a supportive and well-structured delivery team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of multiple Class 1 and Class 2 luxury residential projects, working closely with Project Managers and Site Teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Head contract and subcontract administration

• Processing progress claims and subcontractor invoices

• Managing variations, RFIs, and contractual correspondence

• Procurement and subcontractor letting support

• Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking

• Supporting Project Managers with commercial risk and contract compliance

• Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting systems

Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in construction

• Strong exposure to residential or apartment projects (luxury/high-end preferred)

• Confident managing progress claims, variations, and subcontract packages

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes

• Detail-focused with strong communication and stakeholder skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced but quality-driven environment
