• The Qualifications: Must be a Registered and/or Licensed Plumber.

• The Tickets: Excavator operation competency (Statement of Attainment / VOC) is a must.

• The Money: Top hourly rates (paid weekly) + super.

• The Gear: Company vehicle + fuel card + well-maintained excavators, trucks and trailers.

• The Roster: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

• The Work: Hunter Water minor/major works, infrastructure works and commercial project plumbing. Based out of Lambton. (No basic domestic maintenance or unblocking household toilets).

What you'll be doing:

• Constructing and modifying Hunter Water assets (water/sewer mains, manholes, and connections).

• Handling commercial and industrial project plumbing, including civil drainage, rough-ins, and stack work.

• Operating 1.5t to 20t excavators for trenching, shoring, and detailed excavation safely around live services.

• Reading plans, working to strict levels/lasers, and keeping on top of site safety and QA paperwork.

What we need from you:

• Registered or Licensed Plumber with a real-world background in civil pipe laying, utility infrastructure, or commercial projects.

• Excavator operation competency (Statement of Attainment / VOC) is essential. You must be completely confident and precise operating 1.5t to 20t machines around existing services.

• Valid White Card and a current manual Driver’s License.

• Confined Space, Working at Heights.

• A good work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and a professional attitude on site.
