About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join one of Queensland’s most respected residential builders, delivering high-quality homes across fast-growing corridors of South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work and continued expansion, the business is now looking for experienced Site Supervisors to take ownership of multiple residential builds and play a key role in ongoing growth.

These roles offer genuine autonomy on site, minimal head office attendance, and the chance to focus on what you do best — delivering quality homes.

The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage end-to-end delivery of multiple residential builds, from site start through to handover. You will coordinate trades, maintain build quality, drive program delivery, and ensure homes are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will be trusted to run your own portfolio with strong support from an experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential builds across all stages of construction
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activity
• Drive program delivery and ensure build timelines are met
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
• Conduct regular inspections and manage defect resolution
• Ensure full compliance with QBCC and WHS requirements
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders
• Complete site documentation and progress reporting

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
• Strong understanding of build sequencing and end-to-end delivery
• Confident managing multiple sites at once
• Strong trade coordination and problem-solving ability
• Sound knowledge of QBCC and WHS requirements
• Strong communication and site leadership skills
• QBCC Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain)
• Current driver’s licence
