Leading Hand carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Leading Hand Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years post-apprenticeship experience to run small-scale residential renovation projects across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches, and Inner West. 

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of trade experience after completing your apprenticeship.

• Tools: Comprehensive toolkit 

• Transport: Reliable vehicle (Ute or Van preferred) and a valid driver's license.

• Leadership: Confident managing onsite works, ordering materials, and directing sub-contractors.

• Qualifications: Certificate III in Carpentry, White Card, and high regard for OHS. 

Responsibilities

• Site Management: Supervise small residential renovations from start to finish

• Material Procurement: Place material orders confidently as needed.

• Subcontractor Control: Coordinate and oversee trades like electricians, plumbers, and plasterers.

• Hands-on Carpentry: Execute high-quality Carpentry and building works

• Quality & Safety: Maintain strict safety standards and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
