We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor (2IC) to assist in overseeing our day-to-day maintenance and insurance repair projects. Working closely with the business owner, you will coordinate jobs, manage trades, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident managing multiple smaller jobs rather than large-scale builds.
Assist in managing multiple maintenance and insurance repair jobs across various sites
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure works are completed on time, within scope, and to required quality standards
Read and interpret scopes of work, plans, and reports
Maintain strong WHS practices and ensure job site safety
Liaise with clients, insurers, and stakeholders professionally
Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress updates
Organise materials and scheduling of works
Step up to manage operations when the business owner is unavailable
Strong background in construction, carpentry, or maintenance
Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role
Experience with maintenance or insurance repair work (highly regarded)
Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
Good communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
White Card (essential)
Valid driver’s licence (essential)
