Landscaper / Site Leader - Pools & Landscape Construction

Sydney design-and-build company specialising in custom pools and premium landscape construction. We take projects from concept through to handover — and we're growing. We're building out a dedicated landscaping team and looking for the right person to grow with us.

This is a hands-on site role with real responsibility and a clear path forward. You'll run landscape works on site while staying on the tools, and work directly with the company director and project managers to deliver projects to a high standard. As we scale the landscaping division, you'll have genuine input into how the team is built — the kind of role where what you put in shapes where you end up.

What you'll be doing

• Managing landscape works on site day-to-day — sequencing, quality, and keeping jobs on program

• Working hands-on across the full scope (paving, retaining, planting, decking, finishes, etc.)

• Liaising directly with the director and project managers on progress, issues, and solutions

• Coordinating with subcontractors and other trades on site

• Helping shape and grow a new landscaping team as the division expands

• Maintaining site safety, cleanliness, and standards

About you

• Trade-qualified in landscaping (Cert III or equivalent)

• A few years on the tools and ready to step up into a leadership-track role

• Driven, reliable, and keen to build a long-term career — not just clock a shift

• Strong eye for quality and finish

• Good communicator who can deal directly with management, clients and trades

• White Card; current driver's licence (manual an advantage)
