Your Role

You’ll be responsible for poly welding and fabrication tasks across site infrastructure, ensuring all work meets strict engineering and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Poly welding and fabrication of piping and industrial components

• Interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and site plans

• Carrying out accurate fabrication works to required tolerances and standards

• Ensuring weld integrity, alignment, and finish quality meet compliance requirements

• Working closely with supervisors, fitters, and maintenance teams

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready work area

• Following all Alcoa site safety systems and procedures
