About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are committed to providing high-quality education and care for children. Successful applicants will work collaboratively with families and team members to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
Implement educational programs in line with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development.
For Lead Educators: Lead the room, mentor team members, and oversee curriculum planning and documentation.
Essential Requirements
Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (depending on the role).
Current Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Preferred
Knowledge of and experience with the Montessori approach is highly desirable.
A genuine interest in child-led learning and creating prepared learning environments.
