Drafts-person, Mechanical Designer

QME Services P/L located in Brendale Queensland is a manufacturer of components and accessories for the automotive industry. Established in 1996 QME has a broad range of customers involved in the manufacture of caravans, utility trays, automotive bodies and mine vehicle accessories. We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced person with a minimum two years' experience using Solid Works preferably in the metal trades industry.

Experience in sheet metal fabrication, automotive manufacturing, or general metalworking is preferred for this role.

The successful candidate will need to be familiar with current versions of Solid Works and be capable of sourcing information to assist them with producing practical yet innovative designs.

This is a permanent, full time, in house position for the right person.
