The Role 

Working within a skilled and professional team, you'll be responsible for delivering blasting and protective coating works across defence assets and infrastructure. 

Duties include: 

• Abrasive blasting and surface preparation 

• Application of industrial and protective coatings 

• Spray painting and finishing works 

• Quality inspections and coating compliance checks 

• Equipment operation and maintenance 

• Working to strict defence, safety and quality standards 

About You 

We're interested in speaking with experienced Painter Blasters from industrial, marine, defence, mining, manufacturing or heavy industry backgrounds. 

To be successful, you'll ideally have: 

• Painter Blaster experience 

• Strong commitment to safety and quality 

• Ability to work within structured environments 

• White Card 

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (essential due to defence requirements) 

Additional licences and tickets will be highly regarded.
