A Senior Mechanical Design Engineer wanted to join a growing team, delivering a diverse range of commercial and infrastructure projects.
  
The Role

You will be responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of Mechanical Building Services across Mining NPI, Commercial Offices, Government, Aged Care and Schools sites. You will also ensure that compliance and technical support is met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be working on Mechanical systems including HVAC, Ducting, Ventilation, Plumbing & Pumps.
  • Design and engineer building services systems and equipment installations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify the best outcome for greenfield, brownfield or refurbishments.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in systems such as Revit, Bluebeam, ACAD and Hevacomp.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Ducting, Ventilation, Plumbing & Pumps.
  • Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  • A strong understanding of the national Construction Code and Australian regulations, WELL, NABERS and AG(B)R.
  • Experience in working in commercial and infrastructure projects.
