ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of mechanical services across an exciting portfolio of projects. Working closely with experienced engineers and project teams, you will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design through to completion. The role is ideally suited to an engineer who combines strong technical ability with confident communication skills. Over time, you will be given the opportunity to take on greater client-facing responsibilities.

DUTIES.
  • Design HVAC systems across a diverse range of projects
  • Prepare calculations, equipment selections and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct site inspections as required
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian Standards and project requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification
  • Proficiency in relevant software including Camel, Bluebeam and Revit
  • Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset
  • Previous experience in an engineering consultancy environment
