Lead the mechanical discipline within a growing Perth MEP consultancy. This role combines technical oversight, project delivery, client engagement, and team leadership & development across major building services projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years building services experience
• A desire to lead and mentor others
• Chartered or eligible professional engineer
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Proven project delivery leadership experience
• Commercial awareness and planning capability

• Lead mechanical discipline across WA
• Deliver projects on time and budget
• Manage client relationships and opportunities
• Oversee design quality and coordination
• Mentor and develop engineering team
