As Mechanical Supervisor (Water & Sewer), you'll play a key role in shaping the future of water and sewer services across the Dubbo region. With a hands‑on mix of field and office work, you'll own outcomes, develop capability, and work with a supportive team committed to doing things the right way. This role is known as Water Sewer Mechanical Coordinator on the Council Organisational Structure.
You'll make an impact by:
Owning the safe and effective operation of water and sewer mechanical assets, ensuring best‑practice outcomes from start to finish
Applying your practical trade background (including carpentry and plumbing skills) to solve problems on the ground
Leading with a strong safety mindset, promoting safe systems of work across teams and contractors
Managing stakeholder communication and delivering completed works you can confidently stand behind
Growing a strong team culture through hands‑on leadership and knowledge sharing

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $92,580 to $107,591. A leaseback vehicle is also available.
