On 1 August 2026, we are officially expanding our menu to launch cosmetic injectables across our two premium, high-traffic locations: Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre (Point Cook) and our busy clinic in Taylors Lakes (Watergardens Shopping Centre).

To spearhead this exciting launch, we are looking for two passionate, talented, and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join us full-time—one dedicated practitioner to anchor each of our locations. If you are an injector who loves working from the "bottom up" with fillers and wrinkle-reduction solutions, while utilizing cutting-edge lasers to treat the skin from the "top down," we want to welcome you to your new clinical home.

📋 Your Core Responsibilities

·         The Medical Art of Injecting: Conduct comprehensive facial anatomy mapping and aesthetic consultations to safely administer wrinkle-reduction solutions and dermal fillers (Allergan & Galderma portfolios).

·         Advanced Dermal Care: Perform medical-grade laser skin-tightening, microneedling, clinical skin peels, and advanced facials at your designated clinic.

·         Medical Compliance & Safety: Manage pre-treatment charting, digital consent forms, and standardized before-and-after clinical photography via our Fresha system. Connect seamlessly with our telehealth prescribing doctors for patient scripts.

·         The Treatment Cross-Over: Actively educate clients on how combining deep structural care (injectables) with surface skin tech (lasers) achieves the ultimate, long-lasting natural result.

·         Retail Excellence: Recommend tailored, medical-grade home care skincare routines to optimize and protect post-treatment clinical outcomes.

🔍 What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

· AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Australia.

· Injecting Experience: Minimum 12–24 months of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (foundational wrinkle-reduction and dermal fillers are mandatory).

· Dermal/Laser Competency: Experience operating medical-grade skin lasers or a strong, demonstrable passion for dermal skin health.

· Culture Fit: A warm, team-oriented personality. You thrive as part of a friendly team that supports each other throughout the day, handles busy retail flows with a smile, and treats colleagues with kindness and respect.
