The Role
We’re looking for a Chef to join our production kitchen in Glenroy. This is a hands-on role preparing food for delivery to funeral homes and cemeteries across Melbourne. You’ll work as part of a small, supportive team focused on consistency, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Enjoy

• Monday to Friday

• Early starts (typically 6am–2pm) – Get your afternoons back

• A steady and predictable workflow – no restaurant chaos

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of hot and cold menu items to a high standard

• Ensure consistency in presentation, portioning, and quality

• Follow production schedules and maintain food safety standards

• Support the team with general kitchen duties, cleaning, and organisation

• Support dispatch and delivery logistics

About You

• Qualified Chef or Cook with strong prep and production experience

• High attention to detail and pride in food presentation

• Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
