Are you a brunch enthusiast with a flair for flavour and a love for café culture? Golly Gosh! Café in sunny Yeronga, Brisbane is on the hunt for a passionate Brunch Chef to join our vibrant kitchen.

At Golly Gosh!, we’re all about delivering the ultimate "WOW" experience – think incredible breakfasts, mouth-watering lunches, show-stopping desserts, and top-tier coffee. We make everything from scratch, including our waffle, crepe, and pancake batters, because we believe in doing things right.

What We’re Looking For:
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• SHIFTS ARE THURSDAY - MONDAY 6AM - 2:30PM. CLOSED TUES & WED

• Passionate about hospitality and love creating memorable dining experiences

• Experienced in fast-paced cafés or similar high-volume environments with at least 3 years in a FAST paced kitchen.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen setting

• Detail-focused, from plating to prep

• Positive and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a cool head under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, following set recipes

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen

• Oversee stock rotation and assist with deliveries

• Contribute to menu ideas and development

• Support training of new kitchen team members

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
