MEET Restaurant, a gem in the culinary scene, offers an exquisite Brazilian BBQ dining experience unlike any other. Our restaurant is a celebration of South American cuisine, masterfully blended with local flavors.

We are making our layout smaller to allow the arrival of a new exciting venture in what used to be our bar in Darby street. MEET will now have the King Street entrance only and have similar seating capacity to when we opened at Honeysuckle.

We pride ourselves on creating an unforgettable dining experience and are currently seeking two talented Chef de Partie to enhance our kitchen team.

Position Overview:

• Position 1 - BBQ chef - Fulltime position. You be rostered Tuesday (prep day shift) to Saturday and be responsible for our BBQ section, from prepping to working services (Wednesday to Saturday nights), ordering and menu rotation.

• Position 2 - Cook - parttime position. You be working 25 to 30hrs per week, and be trained in all positions, including cooking the BBQ, larder and the parilla grill.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with a strong preference for candidates with open fire cooking.

• Capability to manage a busy section efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in an open kitchen setting; impeccable presentation is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills, maintaining professionalism and courtesy with staff even in high-pressure situations.
