Day Production Chef

The Role

• Fixed shifts 6 AM to 2 PM / Monday to Friday

• Brookvale location

• No weekends

• Full time

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified Chef

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification required

• Super organized

• Cool under pressure

• Minimum 1-2 years high volume production experience required

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures

• Ability to understand and adhere to specifications and recipes is essential

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Ability to lift/move heavy items on regular basis (up to 25kg)

• Full time working rights with no restrictions.
