qualified chef - busy restaurant & brewery

Beautiful brewery and restaurant located in Lancefield, Victoria.

We are looking to expand our team with a qualified chef for our busy kitchen.

Our kitchen is purpose built with great equipment and well trained staff.

Catering up to 350 meals daily during lunch and dinner, during peak periods.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• preparing and portioning items for food service according to standard recepies

• operating a section grill / pass / fryers & pizza during service periods

• maintain a hygienic environment through daily/weekly cleaning schedule

• maintain stock levels by assisting head chef with ordering process

• communicating with restaurant team to ensure smooth operation

• assist with receiving deliveries and stock rotation

• direct chefs and junior staff where required to ensure the best use of their time

If you have experience in a fast paced environment and have great quality control, serving quality food then we would like to hear from you.

as we operate in a high tourist area ,we require all applicants to be available for weekends / school holidays/ public holidays 

whilst we aim to have set rosters for all staff , some flexibility may be required during periods of staff annual leave and peak times.
