About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chef/Cook to join our team at Collins Square Hospitality Group Pty Ltd in Docklands, VIC. This is a part-time opportunity where you will play a key role in preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing a range of delicious dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients

2. Ensuring all food is cooked to the highest standards of quality and presentation

3. Assisting with menu planning and development

4. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

5. Adhering to all health and safety regulations

6. Providing excellent customer service to our guests

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualifications in Hospitality or Culinary Arts

2. Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent is required

3. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar environment

4. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

5. Excellent time management and multitasking skills

6. Ability to work effectively in a team
