Bear Boy Espresso is a Cafe born on the north end of the Gold Coast, with a second cafe in Brisbane, serving a Modern Australian brunch menu and coffee in collaboration with Toybox Coffee Roasters. We're passionate about all things hospitality and are always on the hunt for like minded individuals.

The Role

We are currently seeking a career focused Qualified Commis Chef to join our Brisbane Kitchen team on a casual basis at around 35-38 hrs per week for the right candidate. You'll be working with some great professionals in a great environment serving up quality food.

Tasks & responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes to the Bear Boy standard
Follow health and safety requirements
Work in a fast paced environment remaining composed under pressure
Work efficiently, prioritise and multitask effectively

Qualifications & experience:

Must Be A Qualified Chef (Minimum Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery)
Prior Breakfast Chef Experience Preferred
Strong Grill Experience Preferred
Strong Communication Skills
Team Player
