BP Darwin Truckstop is seeking Customer Service & Short Order Cooks for our busy Service Station & Cafe, located at the Wishart.

The successful candidate will be a key part of the daily operation of the restaurant, working with other team members to ensure our food offer remains outstanding and customers satisfied.

There is NO Public Transport to this location.

Reliable transport to work location is a must due to the remote location.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Hands on customer service & espresso coffee making (training provided)

  • Food preparation including, sandwiches, rolls, wraps, breakfast items etc

  • Short order cooking for meal orders

  • Portion control to company standards

  • Following company set procedures including recipe cards, prep lists & food display planograms

  • Compliance with all OHS requirements

The position requires the following:

  • A commitment to providing great customer service and high-quality food

  • A will to work and be efficient

  • Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment

  • Can follow directions and company procedures

  • Reliable & trustworthy

  • Will include evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts

Excellent online & hands on training provided to successful candidates.

NO VISA SPONSERSHIPS AVAILABLE but student visa holders will be considered.

Only candidates with appropriate rights to work in Australia will be considered.

Police checks are mandatory.

Casual employees have a pathway to permanent employment.
