About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef/Cook to join our team in Pambula, NSW. This is a casual role 15-30 hours a week and will involve preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced pub environment.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold dishes to our menu specifications

• Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, hygiene and presentation

• Assisting with inventory management and stock control

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

• Adhering to all food safety and workplace health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook, ideally in a pub or similar casual dining environment

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• A passion for creating delicious and visually appealing meals

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
