About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef/Cook to join our team in Pambula, NSW. This is a casual role 15-30 hours a week and will involve preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced pub environment.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold dishes to our menu specifications
Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, hygiene and presentation
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Adhering to all food safety and workplace health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Chef/Cook, ideally in a pub or similar casual dining environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
A passion for creating delicious and visually appealing meals
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
