About Us:

Our team is committed to delivering excellent service, and we're on the lookout for a chef who shares our passion. 


The Role: 

We seek individuals with 2 years background in senior chef roles or currently working as a Sous Chef within a fast paced kitchen setting.

  • Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

  • Lead, train and motivate the team to deliver high standards

  • Ensure consistancy, quality and presentation of dishes

  • Manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation

  • Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team when the head chef is not present


Your Skills and Experience: 

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up

  • Strog leadership and communication skills

  • A passion for fresh, elevated pub food

  • Ability to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude

  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends
