Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of seasonal menu updates twice a year, as well as during special occasions, ensuring alignment with market trends and local customer preferences.
Maintain consistency in all dishes, including flavour, presentation, and preparation standards.
Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
Provide hands-on support during peak service times, staff shortages, or unexpected situations.
Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
Collaborate closely with the Front of House Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations.
