Job description

We have a role for a cook with a minimum 1-2 years' experience for our busy café environment. You'll need excellent communication skills as we greet every customer. You’ll have hands-on cooking knowledge.

You'll have an ability to build rapport with our regular locals and tradies making them feel welcome. Our busy vibe and quality service is primary.

Cook
We’re looking for a skilled cook cook (not a chef) used to high-volume café service. You’ll be responsible for daily food prep and efficient, high-quality execution of the breakfast & lunch menu - Big Breakfast, prepping sauces, preparing desserts, burgers, wraps, gourmet sandwiches and toasties in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Additional Requirements:

-Must be able to start at 7:30 am and work till close (5:30 pm).

-Availability on at least one weekend day is a must

-Can work under pressure (fast-paced environment).

-Has good attitude towards other staffs and customers. Must be well-spoken.
