Employment Type: Casual opportunity - Friday & Saturday Lunch Shift

About the Role
This is not your average fish and chip shop. We have created a Premium Seafood Experience, combining traditional favourites with high-quality ingredients and professional kitchen standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking fish and chip menu items to a high standard

  • Working with fresh, premium seafood daily

  • Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation

  • Managing fryer operations and ensuring food safety standards are met

  • Supporting kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and stock rotation

  • Working efficiently during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in fish & chips, seafood kitchens, or high-volume fry stations

  • Strong knowledge of seafood handling and cooking techniques

  • Ability to work quickly and consistently under pressure

  • A team-focused attitude with strong work ethic

  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

  • Reliability and pride in producing quality food
