Teppanyaki Chef Wok Chef

This position offers the opportunity to work in a unique restaurant environment specialising in Teppanyaki and Asian cuisine. The successful candidate will be involved in live Teppanyaki cooking, preparing and cooking food in front of customers, engaging with guests, providing an interactive dining experience and delivering high standards of food presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian and Teppanyaki dishes
• Perform live Teppanyaki cooking in front of customers
• Interact and engage with customers during service
• Deliver an entertaining and professional dining experience
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and cook meat, seafood, poultry and vegetable dishes
• Assist with menu planning, stock control and kitchen operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Supervise and support kitchen staff when required
